These Terms and Conditions govern the use of 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) messaging services provided by Mystic Hollow Painting (“Company”). By using our 10DLC messaging service, you agree to comply with these terms.

  1. What is 10DLC?

10DLC is a messaging platform that enables businesses to send SMS and MMS messages via a standard 10-digit phone number. It is used for both marketing and transactional messaging purposes.

  1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive communications from Mystic Hollow Painting, you consent to receiving SMS and MMS messages through 10DLC. These messages may include:

  • Appointment confirmations, updates, and reminders.
  • Promotions, offers, and updates on services.
  • Transactional messages related to your painting project.
  1. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages will depend on your interaction with our services. You may receive messages related to:

  • Ongoing projects or inquiries.

You will not receive more than 4-6 promotional messages per month unless you have specifically agreed to a different frequency.

  1. Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in. For additional assistance, you can reply “HELP” to any message.

  1. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and service plan. Mystic Hollow Painting is not responsible for any additional charges you may incur for sending or receiving text messages.

  1. Supported Carriers

Our 10DLC service supports most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to:

  • AT&T
  • Verizon Wireless
  • T-Mobile
  • Sprint Note that not all carriers may support the service, and delivery is not guaranteed.
  1. Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy and protect the information you provide. Any data collected through our 10DLC messaging service will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your phone number, with third parties for marketing purposes.

  1. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that 10DLC messaging will always be available or error-free. Mystic Hollow Painting is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of messages.

  1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the 10DLC messaging service for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Spamming or sending unsolicited marketing messages.
  • Violating any local, state, or federal laws related to messaging and privacy.
  1. Changes to These Terms

Mystic Hollow Painting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via SMS or posted on our website. Continued use of the 10DLC service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
